Frito Salad
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 15-oz. can enchilada sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 10-oz. bag Fritos
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Sour cream
Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet and drain. Add
enchilada sauce, chili powder and salt and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes.
Place about 1/4 cup Fritos in the bottom of a serving bowl and top with
meat mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
