Combine butter and brownie mix. Add eggs and stir with fork. Add nuts or coconut and stir. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Melt 12oz of Chocolate Morsels, Hot Fudge, Peanut Butter and 1 cup of
the Liqour in a small saucepan. When mixture is liquid, mix into batter
(for the truly decadent, replace all fluids (milk/water) in batter with
Liquor). Pour batter into ONE 13x9x2 pan. Melt remaining Chocolate &
Liquor in saucepan. Using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over the batter
(needs to be very liquid to work well). Pour the rest over ice cream to
keep you from eating the brownies immediately. Bake in 350 degree oven
for 35-40 min. Important: Every 5-10 minutes, remove the pan from the oven
and *slam* it down on a counter two or three times. If you do not, the
brownies will escape into the bowels of your oven! Brownies are done when
a toothpick inserted *near the edge* comes out clean. Note: The center
will still be semi-liquid. Can be eaten immediately, but best after 24
hours (it takes time for the fudge to set!). Consume a 1" cube with a half-gallon
of milk. Share a lot. (the all Bailey's version is *very* popular)
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add sugar and stir until melted. In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar and graham crackers. Spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Top with chocolate ships, coconut, and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. When cool, cut into bars. Makes about 18 2-in. x 3 in. bars.
Mix the sugar and cocoa together in a saucepan. Add the milk and margarine and stir over a low heat until margarine is melted. Turn up heat and bring this mixture to a full boil and boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly add vanilla, peanut butter and oats. Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper and drop mixture by tablespoons full onto the cookie sheet. Recipe makes about 24 cookies. Place cookie sheet in your freezer just until cookies are firm. Take them off the wax paper and store in an airtight container. It's not necessary to keep them refrigerated.
1 package chocolate cake mix
2 packages vanilla pudding
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
confectioners sugar
Mix cake mix according to package directions. Grease and
flour a
cookie sheet and pour cake mix onto cookie sheet. Bake
at 350
degrees for only about 15 minutes or until toothpick comes
out
clean when inserted in the middle of the cake. Allow cake
to cool ,
remove from cookie sheet and place on wax paper. Dust
with
powdered sugar. Mix pudding according to package directions;
you
may use instant pudding to save on time if you wish. When
pudding
is set, pour the chocolate chips in and stir well. Spread
pudding out
evenly on cake. Roll up cake gently and sprinkle cake
roll with
confectioners sugar. Slice cake with a serrated knife.
This cake
is easy to make but the finished result looks fancy.
I add a dollop of Cool Whip on the plate with a slice. Or sometimes instead of cofectioners sugar. I make a chocolate warm syrup and pour over the top. It is also very good frozen!
